Seloga Holdings Berhad (SHB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 26 September 1995 as an investment holding company for a group of companies involved in property development and the provision of related construction and engineering services. The Company was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities in 1996 under the Construction sector.
Since the beginning of Seloga Groupís involvement in the construction sector, it has successfully completed and delivered various notable development projects including commercial buildings such as Subang Parade Shopping Complex, extension to the Hilton Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Holiday Villa Resorts in Langkawi, Shangri-La Resorts in Pantai Palit, Sabah, Leisure Mall in Cheras, the main operations and administrative building for the Bintulu Port Authority in Bintulu, Sarawak and the second phase development of the Multimedia University Project.
In 2004, the Company acquired a 51 percent stake in Infra Expert Development Sdn Bhd, a developer involved in Nusantara Project. The acquisition was aimed to further strengthen the Groupís position as a property developer. In 2007, the Company acquired the remaining stake in Infra Expert Development and renamed it to Denia Development Sdn Bhd in 2009.
