Text Box: The Group, through its two subsidiaries, Denia Development Sdn Bhd and Jamin Setia Sdn Bhd, is actively involved in the business of property development for both the residential and commercial segments. Its property development division offers a comprehensive range of services in property development and related management activities, which encompasses the design, construction and management of buildings, appended facilities, environment and landscapes of properties, as well as project management and facilities management services. The Group has the required experience and expertise to conceptualise, initiate, conduct and deliver property development project on a turnkey basis, or through joint-venture with others. Dénia Development Sdn Bhd (DDSB) formerly known as Infra Expert Sdn Bhd, is registered with the Housing Ministry of Malaysia. It is the Master Developer of 695 acres Taman Nusantara in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia, Johor. The mixed development township comprised residential and commercial units. The development commenced in 2002 and is expected to be completed by 2014.
